15-Minute Phone Consultation
Free
Request a free phone call to ask any questions you may have about our practice, the counseling process, and gauge if we would be a good fit to work together. First Session
(Diagnostic Evaluation)
$165
The first session we will meet and start to get to know each other. I use the structure of a biopsychosocial assessment, also is called a Diagnostic Evaluation. This includes more detailed questions and discussion of the symptoms you're experiencing, history of physical health aspect and family/social aspects. During this initial session we will also begin to discuss goals you would like to reach in our continued time together. Most evaluations last about 60 minutes.
Most Follow-Up Sessions
$150
Follow-up / Ongoing counseling sessions in which we meet to process stressors, gain new perspectives and work on building skills to manage your symptoms. Most follow-up sessions last 50-60 minutes (give or take a few minutes for wrap-up and scheduling). Together, we can work to find the appropriate length and frequency appointments based on your current needs.

Standard 1-hour psychotherapy ($150)
45-min psychotherapy ($125)
30-min psychotherapy ($100)
Cancellation & Missed Session Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I cannot fill a missed or last-minute canceled session on short notice, I charge a $75 fee for appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This policy helps ensure that I can maintain availability and consistent care for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
